"When looking for an apartment to rent or a place to buy, Samara “Sam” Chasen is the one to work with! Im relocating from Indianapolis to Chicago and I could always be there to see units and she worked with my friends and she FaceTime me to look at places and I just really value her commitment to finding me the right place. I gave her my parameters, what it is I needed/wanted and she found it for me! We ran into a few bumps in the road (apartments gone-property goes quick in The Chi!) and she kept looking, making calls for me and the entire time had the sweetest disposition! If I could give her 1000 Stars I would! She is thorough, responds quickly, and will send new listings (as many as you’d like) to give you options to choose the best home for you and your family! I can’t thank you enough Sam for all your hard work. I so look forward to working with you in the Spring!!"

"Mr. Parker was extremely helpful when it came to helping us find our apartment. He was responsive and made communication easy. He was always more than willing to help out and found us our dream spot!"

"They were very communicative with timely responses. It made finding and securing my apartment an absolute breeze, would highly recommend for anybody!!"
